Warranty

We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our handmade bags. Each piece is carefully handcrafted using premium materials such as resin, brass, and natural stones. Due to the artisanal nature of our bags, slight variations in color, texture, stone shape, and finish may occur. These are natural characteristics of a handmade piece and are not considered defects.

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects that may affect the structure or functionality of the bag, including:

Cracks or breakage caused by material or manufacturing defects

Structural issues resulting from production errors

Defects in craftsmanship that affect the proper use of the bag

Material Care & Color Changes

As our bags are handcrafted using natural materials, certain changes in color or finish may naturally occur over time. In particular, brass and other metal components may darken or develop a different patina depending on exposure to air, moisture, skin oils, and environmental conditions.

Exposure to perfume, cosmetics, lotions, oils, alcohol-based products, cleaning products, or other chemicals may accelerate discoloration, tarnishing, or changes to the finish. Such changes are considered a result of use and exposure and are not covered under our warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage or changes caused by improper handling, accidental impact, drops, excessive moisture, contact with chemicals or cosmetic products, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.

Due to the handmade nature of our bags, minor imperfections and variations that do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the piece are not considered manufacturing defects.
